Eligibility for Returns
Eligible for Return:
● Unopened and unused soap bars in their original packaging.
Not Eligible for Return:
● Opened, used, or unsealed soaps.
● Custom-made, limited-edition, or clearance items.
Return Window
You must request a return within 4 days from the date of delivery.
Return Method
Eligible returns may be processed as:
● Store credit
● Exchange for another item
● Refund to your original payment method
Return Conditions
To be accepted, returned items must:
● Be unused and unopened
● Be in their original packaging with all tags, seals, and labels intact
● Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on:

● Custom-blended, personalized, or clearance products
● Gift cards and promotional items
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will provide instructions and the return address.
- Pack your items securely and send them as instructed.
Return Shipping & Fees
● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or arrives damaged.
Exchange Policy
● Exchanges are available for unopened, eligible items within the return window.
● If the requested product is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be provided.
Refund Processing Time
