At Sama Soaps, we are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and securely, wherever you are. Our shipping options are designed to be flexible and reliable for customers in Lebanon, the UAE, and internationally.

Shipping Regions

●       We ship to Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and internationally to all countries. 

Delivery Timeframes

●       Lebanon: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days. 

●       UAE: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

●       International: Delivery times vary based on destination and courier, typically 2–3 business days.

●       Handmade or custom orders may require additional processing time. We will notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

●       Lebanon: A flat shipping fee of $4 applies to orders across Lebanon. Orders above $50 qualify for free shipping.

●       International: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

●       UAE: A flat shipping fee of $20 applies to all orders to the United Arab Emirates.

●       All international orders may incur customs fees payable by the recipient.

Order Processing Time

●       Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

●       Large, custom, or wholesale orders may take additional time to prepare. Estimated lead times will be provided upon order confirmation.

Shipping Partners & Tracking

●       All orders are shipped via our trusted partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. 

●       Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS.

Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery Attempts

●       If you are unavailable at delivery, the courier will contact you to reschedule.

●       Retail orders: Re-delivery is attempted up to two times before returning the package to Sama Soaps.

●       Additional fees may apply.

Special Cases

●       Bulk, custom, or wholesale orders may require extra processing or shipping time.

●       Delays may occur during peak seasons, bad weather, or due to customs procedures.

●       We will communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.
